On a lighter note, Novak Djokovic Round 2 match versus Joao Sousa of Portugal was suspended because of rains. As gentleman as he is, he invites the ballboy holding his umbrella to join him for a rain break.

It’s in their shoes

With the recently concluded Australian Open, new winners were proclaimed! Li Na got her Australian Open successfully after a third try. The new #1 Swiss player Stanislas Wawrinka dominated the finals versus injured #1 Rafa Nadal. Aside from the exciting players to watch, I am enthralled with their shoes (tennis shoes.. hahaha!) They sport the newest designs & personalized it with their names or flag of their country.

Here’s some of them

Another exciting year for tennis as Australian Open 2014 starts on January 13th. Will we see another epic battle between World # 1 Rafael Nadal & World # 2 Novak Djokovic like the one back in 2012 that lasted for 5 hours & 53 minutes?

Hopefully Novak will win again this year! (hahaha… I so love Nole!)
